Camaraderie
Others define this as:
- the quality of affording easy familiarity and sociability
- Comradeship and loyalty
We further define it as:
- Good Will
Susan's efforts to help out and support others is a continuing process. She
is willing to put forth the effort to make the horse and rider better.
- Partnership
By establishing common ground between horse and rider, a loving and
working relationship grows. This common ground must be maintained for
this relationship to endure. It is nurtured by Susan in her training programs.
- Brotherhood
The family of Roseate horses, riders, owners, and staff create an
everyday experience of integrity, respect and charity. This brotherhood is
built over time and through experience.
- Collaboration
Susan offers tools and services that help the Roseate family share information,
communicate, coordinate and work together as a team. One such tool is the
calendar of events on this website.
- Support
Working together has a new meaning at Roseate Dressage. Everyone supports
each other both in the arena as well as in the barn. The moral support during
a show is enormous. The help from one another is heart-felt.
- Respect
This feeling between rider and horse leads to a bonding over time. It
is demonstrated at the competitive events in which
they participate.
